Don't cut too much metal off, take your time trimming. Cut then fit then cut some more, too much exposure looks unnatural

You'll do fine. You are welcome to take it slow at our shop if you are willing to make the drive

Some help ?

Hi,
If this is of some help so much the better , the pictures show how much material needs to be removed - which includes one of the grille mounts .The one thing I was thinking of doing was making a conversion loom - the plug socket for the L147 light unit is available but have not got a good look at an Lp640 plug to see what type it is .If you could post a pic of the light unit socket it would be helpfull.

Also of interest may be the thread showing the installation of a glass engine cover, looks fabulous.
