almost bought an 04 gallardo with 5K miles, manual, upgraded rims, suspension, exhaust and stereo but someone beat me too it. asking price was 93K. don't know what it sold for. Very clean car though, someone got a great deal.

So what year is your Gallardo?
I don't have one. I'm just seeing good deals right now and looking around. Saw an '04 for a good price.

Why would we feel like crap? I had a 750hp TT, and I don't miss it one bit for my Gallardo.

When I had my TT before the GT750 package I was running 500hp and was beaten by a old 240sx.. Did I feel like crap?.... Porsche and Lambo are not even comparable unless you are talking about CGT.

Maintenance costs are surprisingly low for a G. The 7,500 miles service is less than $1,000 and the 15,000 mile service is about $2,000. Other than those services, I spent nothing else out of pocket for maintenance after 20,000 miles.

The comparison of a G to a Porsche Turbo is really apples to oranges. The turbo is great to drive and I use one for a daily. However, it's the G that brings a smile to my face every time I drive it. The styling is absolutely phenomenal and the exhaust sounds are music to my ears. J, you should definitely get one!

make sure you buy a G from a GOOD/GREAT dealer. this is very important since the car will have the most updated software and you won't be screwed in the ***.
there is a gallardo forum which you can use to check which dealers are good which dealers you should stay away from.
a lot of dealers don't the truth about the problems a G might have.
personally, I would get a 2006 Gallardo SE at least.

That's beats a $4500 10k mile service for a Murci.
