To my understanding there is only 1 version of the Tubi for the 360... I was wondering the same thing a while back and FChat said (if my memory serves me correctly) there's only 1 version... The loud loud version, ha

 

I have Tubi with fabspeed cat-bypass pipes!! NO CEL and sounds great!! The car really screams after 4k rpm!! You can control your throttle to avoid shooting flames (below 3k rpm for my car) !!

tubiUSA tells me they carry 3 versions of tubi for the 04 Gallardo. Normal, Loud, and the Loud Loud. what i don't want to do is to do the cat bypass with my tubi the sound is only a "bit" louder. I WANT LOUD! ...anyway, they took my serial number and hopefully Italy can get back to us with an answer as to which "stage" this tubi is...

 

John, Get the cat bypass like the guy above suggests. That's what my friends Nera has...its sounds awesome and love the flames!

Let me know what you think...this is good if you figure what to get ..so when i get my G i will follow your path I think you have a Tubi sissy version now.

appreciate the comments...how do you guys feel about the exhaust smell??? you think my(your) wife will put up with it?

 

I doubt it would smell that bad. I think the trade off for the way deeper sound and how much louder it will be.. especially the flames would be worth it.

 

dont think this is a good idea... why dont you sell the tubi and buy another exhaust that suits your tastes better? otherwise your tubi will be worthless once you perform this mod on it.

 

yeah montreal red, i'm now coming off the gutting out idea. liking the LOC exhaust a lot. maybe a 2x loud tubi version but i haven't heard any samples. heard the kreissieg exhaust~ awesome but dang they're expensive!

 

The catbypass pipes make a really nice HP and sound improvement on these cars, so I recommend going with that and our Maxflo mufflers for the Gallardo. It will make the car sound really sporty and aggressive in addition to improving the power and throttle response also. I've listened to youtube vids of both quicksilver and fabspeed and found the sound to be more "muscle car" than the higher pitch F1 like sound I'm seeking...just my taste. Thanks for the nic pics though!

 

It does have a very deep and aggressive sound but it is also very exotic and F1 like. You cant really get the full sound affect in the video but I will tell you it sounds awesome and does have an F1 like sporty sound.
Even if you decide to go with a different muffler for your car. I would still look at doing the catbypass pipes or the valve bypass pipes for the Gallardo to improve performance and responsiveness of the car. Let me know if you decide to do it and I will give you a nice member price on the package.

i cant find the sound in youtube from the Fabspeed, i like the Quicksilver, i have the tubi i dont like it, if can you put on the link with the Fabspeed would be great, thank you.
