UGR TTG SL 250mph Pass Video

I am wondering the same. It spins out after all the runs. It does not look like the driver is inducing the spins. But congrats on a hell of an accomplishment.

I guess you never jammed on your brakes when going over 200mph! lol. You need to coast then gently apply brakes.

never been over 160... but that looks scary, at 160 i slowed down to ~90 with ease somewhat hard on the brakes... didn't know braking could cause such instability.

If you look at the vid, the car has already scrubbed off a decent amount of speed before it starts spinning. Those weren't 200mph spins.
The way the car behaves under braking, i'd be fearful to take it up to 120 on the highway cause it might just spin out when I decide to slow down. It definitely doesn't seem normal.
Maybe some of the Gallardo owners can chime in on the type of stability they've experienced when pulling the car down from those kinds of speeds (mid 100s). Is it normal?

I have been over 200 several times in my G and never had issues like that, just wondering if the driver knew what he was doing? I actually think my G is much more stable of a platform than my turbo at high speeds.

The shut down at Texas is short compared to other venue's
Hitting the brakes at 250 or even 200 will cause the car to become unstable since its designed to lower at higher speeds and hitting the brakes caused the car to raise in the back and unload the tires. He should have used the chute and he would not have had a spinning issue. Plus think about the heat in the tire at those speeds. The owner of the car is not new to high hp or high speed but I honestly think he should have tried to be more safe and used the chute. He could have been hurt or even hurt someone else.
