I don't know if the SL has power or manual seats. My guess is that they are manual to save weight, but not sure.

To my knowledge (I don't have any data on it), full power seats is a more popular option on the newer Gallardos (06-08's and even more so on the 560's), and may even be standard on the 560's. Best shot for a manual seat is likely 04-05's...

6'3 in my G Spider. Plenty of headroom but then again I always have the top down

I have the 08 SL and it has manual seats. I believe they are all like that to save weight.

yes, all SL are manual seats, no heating either.
