The first 550-2 Twin Turbo by Underground Racing LP1000-2 **PICTURES**
This is Underground Racing's first Twin Turbo Gallardo 550-2. This Lamboghini has been fitted with our Stage 3 TT system, 1000 whp on pump gas and 1250 whp on race gas. We went with the Motec ECU with boost by gear set up and a set of R888's to help get this 2wd monster hooked up.

Would it be safe to assume that the 2wd gallardo would be at an advantage on the highway in a head to head comparison to its awd brother?
Factoring in drive train loss, weight savings less the AWD system...

I was waiting to see someone do up the 550-2! What are the advantages or disadvantages to the 2WD vs AWD?

Just off the top of my head. 2wd would be less weight because of no front diff and drive shafts. And less drivetrain loss through 2wd, so more power to the ground.

is it an e-gear or a manual?
I am curious to see how this car would perform at the drag strip on drag radials in the back... I am assuming it will be easier to burn out and launch, especially if it is a manual...
