That car is outside of croccos body shop on river street. It's been there for a while since September 2011. The owner of the bodyshop said the guy hydroplaned. He also had a female passenger.

Exhaust, engine, transmission, maybe a radiator, and some interior components can all be scavenged for a nice penny.
