No, R888's work just fine on these cars with no warm up needed.

Massive face palm... A highway is a ****ing highway. You know, those concrete straight roads that are pretty friggin universal and impossible to give an advantage to anyone??? And also, drag race?? The hell is he on about?

Haha.. PizzaMan bringing entertainment everywhere.
Seem like the typical big mouth with no back up.
We should get something going and all chip in to get the UGR car to meet in between Charlotte and NYC.. Then we can watch them make more excuses.

Those guys are jokes if they're using 'familiar' highways as excuses and then wanting to throw in a drag race. It's a ****ing straight piece of concrete. If they need to practice for a couple days, have at it. But sounds like they are no different than everyone else who talks **** and won't back it up.

Seriously, the "familiar highway" excuse is one I've never even heard before. I didn't think anyone would be stupid enough to ever consider such a thing. This is not Spa Francorchamp where one driver has raced it 200 times and the other has never run the course before. This is about two vehicles, on a straight concrete road that could be absolutely anywhere.

Didn't you say....about 2 weeks ago that you were not going to mod this car?
Get some help!
The Dallas airfield invite is a PERFECT venue to get this set up. Of course you need an invite. The 711 crowd is supposed to have the hookup. Talk to Mullet, I bet he can get it done.
I think Tommy Bahn might also be able to arrange something.

I know...I went in for some minor stuff and just introduce myself to Aleks and walked out a week later with an ESS kit! I love the car though - it's a great daily driver and pretty fast for what it is.
