Eddie post the 180 slip...

I know this doesn't have much meaning from someone with two posts, but...
Remember this TTG literally coasted out of the hole, and if I'm not mistaken it has boost by gear which means his car makes 1500+ in 4th, 5th and 6th, so the majority of the track he was not at his full tilt whp, which also explains the crazy mph he gained in the back half. Plus watch the video, you can clearly tell the car has way more in it, he is spinning and seems to short shift also, not to mention 90+ degree weather.
From a roll he is going to be making 1500+ nearly the entire time. So IMO these 1/4 mile runs are a bit misleading for the TTG. I've watched these cars run plenty of times and I've seen them stomp on cars running in the 160s in the 1/4 mile. Even the Alpha Omega was several cars behind two R versions, and that trapped 174mph.

That's a time from a launch. What about 60-130 mph from a roll (NOT launch).

yeah well first run the time then post the slip then talk **** ,thats how it works around here.

So you haven't actually run 180 mph? Is your fastest 166? Still VERY fast...

I know a few are awaiting to see my FORD GT run and I know with it making 1450rwhp it does not spin the tire in second from 60-130 with a perelli street tire on it. ALso it does not make enough power from 3500-5000 (Essentually 4000 is 60mph Second gear and 5000 is 70mph or so) Car does very well above 5000 to 8500+ So im making a compression change and bringing the cams in alot sooner to pick up 150+hp down low which will carry up top too. Im also tryin to have my 40cube bigger motor done by TI. Pistons wont be here till the 25th of september tho. Im going to need everything i can and throw the Kitchen sink at it to run with the awd ttl cars. The linear power curve of my blower makes the GT work very well and if i can improve the bottom end i hope it will suprise some people...6 weeks from finding out...
Mullet your car is badass...Excited to see it run!

You think thats gonna work on the street? 2900lbs and 1300hp? How much power you think the tire will hold at 60mph on the street at that weight?

I would skip mir on the 16th and go find some road to test on with no traffic if your coming to T.I.. I'm a drag racer and your car is fast seen vids at mir etc, but when your brake boosting at 60mph and let go of the brake there is a huge difference from what you have done previously racing. I know you have been to the mile and ran well, but have you done any 60-130 stuff or any 60-180plus stuff in that car? Thats what you will need to work on cause that is what you will be doing. Rwd cars are in trouble after 1300rwhp, cause of traction. You will need to make well over 1500 to run with the lambos 60-180. You will have to make up 2-3 cars on the hit that they will gap you....They brake boost 20lbs at 60 and that is probably around 1100whp if not more.
