My 06 Gallardo has had the engine light on and off for sometime now. I had taken it to the shop they check it..nothing wrong and reset. I was told yesterday that is maybe in the exhaust system..something called a pulse ....? Anybody know anything about this. The car only has 4k miles.

which shop did you take it to? did you get the error code? i can scan the code for you next time you have a code.

 

I had been taking it to Los Gatos where i bought it. Its not a code. Not sure how to explain it. If flashed what looks to be the engine banks, ie, 1-4, 4-8.

That is the check engine light. You don't get the code but when you plug in a code scanner or Lambo computer, you'll be able to know the fault code and error message.

LGLC has been telling you that there is no code? They are a pretty good shop.

If you get the check engine light again, even if it only flashed once, I can scan your computer. It will show 1-5 or 6-10 (total of 10 cylinders). you can do this yourself by buying a $40 scanner at either auto supply store or amazon. autel makes a cheap but good one that is easy to use (only two buttons).

Idk why more people don't have scanners. They come in handy for personal rides, friends, family, etc and can be purchased so cheaply. Always keep mine in the car, never know when the situation might arise.
