You guys crack me up. Where is there any hate in my posts? Where am I taking away from your KOTS or 6-Speed wins? I have refrained from posting in any UGR threads, and would have kept any shops out of this, if not for Fadi and Sloss's posts in this thread.

You guys like to point out a reason why every one of your runs (car wouldn't shift into 4th, car shifted into neutral, clutch failed) to have an excuse every time you lose. Me pointing out that your results aren't comparable to everyone else doesn't take away from the fact your car went an impressive 213, it just didn't do it over the same distance that others indexed at.

UGR did well, and like SW stated, they held the top speeds during competition...which was not quite 213mph. Mullet, you are on the same forums as I am, and you know what is being said (by people standing at the flags/start light), who don't have any preference one shop or the other, about the "record" runs. I don't see you defending UGR there.

Congratulations to UGR on your 6speed challenge and KOTS wins, and to SW for his 203.8 mph pass. It was my idea to Amar last year to get a prize for first person to break 200mph at the airfield, too bad they didn't do that again this year.

Malu, just stop. You are looking foolish plain and simple.

Juuuuuuust below your first post that we are referring to Kevin specifically stated where he took off at (after the first green flag). I'm guessing you just missed that, let's hope so. If TI allowed index runs from whatever distance then that's what it is. If you have a problem with that then talk to Amar and crew. I can assure you all the drivers knew where they could take off at (whether it be from a dig or anywhere else). Again your second hand knowledge of the event is showing. Stop trying to over anaylizing everything to the millimeter, catch my drift?

I'm not defending UGR specifically because as you know AMS ran a 207 and Ivan stated he hit it just after the first green flag.

When you and others start this kind of stuff it takes some of the fun out of this whole thing for the rest of us. Think about that.

Dustin, knock it off dude. We build what customers want us to build for them. Mostly stage 2/3 setups as of now. I'm sure as we grow as a company so will our customer base. The desire to go to these events with the want to win it, is not in everyone. Then for some that may have that desire they may not have the check book to make it reality. I don't try to force anyone to do anything.

I did not race my car because I worked a lot of hours in the preceding weeks and I did not want to do exactly what Kevin did to his green car (or something very similar). 1-2-1-boom. You might not realize it but it takes a lot of work to pilot a big HP manual trans car and you better be of clear mind or you risk your car and your life (and others for that matter).

I respect the accomplishments of each tuner that attended TI and think it was a great event. Congratulations to KC and Stacy on their victories and we will see you at the next one.

I'm glad to see the lambo platform take home the wins. Healthy rivalry will only make everyone faster next time which is what keeps this interesting.

-Taylor

Good competition at TI from what I heard.

I wasn't there but for consideration of everyone involved, I'd ask you to remove the COMPLETE names of the entrants as I'm sure most don't see a benefit when you can just call them by their first name. Thanks

Mullet, I've proven my point and the truth is out there, and I have nothing else to say, unless someone cares to make a statement directed at/about me.

I've redacted the names in my post, but they are posted on another public forums. Contact someone at TSS to remove it, if that concerns you.
