Unfortunately horrible customer service, and on the dyno the Kreisigg lost power in quiet mode.

A long time again I saw a dyno of kreissieg - and it didn't lose power in quiet. I don't really think it gaied in quiet mode because if I remember right, most of the gains were when it was loud.

we are rather glad that someone actually asked this question directly to us.

As you may very well know, Kreissieg system comes with a capability to control the flow rate and sound (silent mode and F-1 open mode) by touch of a button inside your cabin - pretty neat feature we think :-)

For the quite mode (the silent mode) - we do not claim either power gain or screaming exotic sound tone: we have only one purpose and goal for this silent mode, which is to make the system quiet, Quiet, so you can drive around your neighbor without getting complaints

On this silent mode, plumbing system is completely different from F-1 mode layout. Kreissieg uses narrower pipes and restrictive resonator/muffler cannister unit to create pressure and also reduce down the noise level - however, for sure this should not be customers' concern because, simply you do not use these narrow pipe plumbings when the system is on F-1 mode. Narrower pipes are only being utilized when the system is on the silent mode - which we do not claim power gain or screaming exotic sound tone: (again we have only one purpose and goal for this silent mode, which is to make the system quiet and also not too restrictive for normal driving)

but again once the system is on f-1 open mode, these narrower pipes are not used, but rather bigger/larger diameter pipes/layouts (optimized flow pressure)are used for extreme conditions, which creates good power gains as well as screaming high-pitch noise, everyone loves :-).

On particular lamborghini cars (Murcielago and Gallardo vehicles), we have tested the Kreissieg systems numerous times past 12 months and our result shows that under silent mode there were no gain or power loss upto 4500 RPM but it lost 3-7 average HP on peak power at around 6-7000 RPM, but on Kreissieg F-1 mode, it gained +15 to 22 HP throughout the wide RPM band including the peak HP range 6-7000 RPM over stock system (Plus incredible F-1 high pitch sound). Again our engineers and manufacturer did not focus on gaining power or powerful sound on silent mode especially above 6000 RPM, but on maximum performance gain and extreme sound quality on F-1 mode of the system. Hope this clarifies your questions/ doubts.

Regards to the Customer service, not sure what you have experienced with Kreissieg products before, however we do apologize if there were anything lacks from our service to satisfy customer service needs.

If you have problems with our products, Please contact us directly.
we do keep our promises with our customers and on previous cases if there were any problems, we did contact customer individual basis and provided solutions and fixed the problems until the customers are happy.
When the kreissieg units were introduced to U.S market about 1.5 year ago, due to difference between European models and U.S models, manufacturer had some issues previously on few selective models, however over time, Kreissieg Japan and Kreissieg North America have quickly learned the difference and resolved the problems. At this time, we are confident to meet your expectations in customer service and will be able to answer even minute detailed questions about the products and also provide comprehensive customer services if it is needed. So please allow us to introduce our products to your community and we will only try our best to accomodate your needs.

Thank you indeed for your humble understanding and we would look forward to develop a good relationship with guest memebers here.

All best

EisenHaus / Kreissieg North America
