LOL ok 2k-3k short of 75k still a 10k-13k price advantage for the lexus. I agree with you about the manual trans and agree about the better suited suspension for the track. Lexus still has a bit more research to do in that area.
I have said this before in other threads but 98% of the time when you jump in either car its not on the track. I honestly disagree with you about the 8 speed auto box in the ISF. I feel it should have been a 7sp but you cant beat 26-28mpg on the highway with it which is what I got coming back home with it on the interstate cruising at 80mph.
I agree cant go wrong with either and in todays market you are blessed to have a choice between the 2. BTW a 2010 is a bit different than the previous 08,09 models. The main differences are newly designed wheels and real LSD

I will tell you what I have said to others until I'm blue in the face, if you don't need/want 8 speeds then don't use them. That's why you have the manual option with paddles, and the ratios are near perfect. I think it's a great trade off as I have actually achieved 30 mpg on long road trips which is nuts. You're right about spending 1% of your life at the track....no one cares except BMW fanboys

Nice ride, build quality is not in the same league as the BMW or Lexus. Be prepared to spend alot on rear tires as it eats them like gas (lol and is the most thirsty out of all 4). Buy a used one if possible because AMG's depreciate like crazy the frst year. If buying new you should be able to get a great deal especially on 09's. I think out of the 4 cars (audi RS4, ISF,M3, C63) the Benz responds to mods the best if that means anything to you.
+1
RS4 is/has been discontinued so I don't include it here besides the other three run circles around the heavy awd Audi in every category. And the AMG is running low 11's with a tune so yes, MB have always been tuner friendly for the simple reason they are way undertuned from the factory.

IS-F is the best all around car.
M3 is the most aggressive looking and best handling track car.
C63 AMG is the fastest straight line car for sure, no arguements there.
I'm actually looking at a e93 cabrio to replace my 04 m3 cab. I think the IS-F would be a good complement to the m3 cab in 6-speed.
M3 is FAR more money than the IS-F as others have said so keep that in mind when comparing apples to apples.
Can't go wrong with either car bro

I agree with the above post. My uncle has a C63 and that thing is just a monster, the engine is such a beast but it is almost scary too.
But scary is where the fun begins too.
I have an '08 ISF, so I am semi-biased, but I found it to be the best I could do for the $. I got mine over the past spring and it was $12,000 off sticker
so that made the decision easy for a new car. Oh, and if u get an ISF it is probably better to get a 2010 as it is the only model year with
a Torsen LSD. It is lame Lexus left it off the 2008 and 2009's
But you really can not go wrong either way. Good luck picking.

Love the C63, but I would buy it used as AMG cars depreciate like no other. If you don't mind averaging 12 mpg then the C63 is a monster and will absolutely stomp the IS-F and M3 in terms of performance. Low mileage examples are going for around 50k which for a car that can go 0-60 in under 4 seconds and break into the 11's with an intake is just unreal!
