I have been a Lexus service consultant for 9 years now and I know we at Lexus strive to be the very best. I'm sorry your past experiences have not been great in service. Nice LS600!!

I have owned recently a LX570 and in the past a RX330, the Lexus service was not any better then BMW or Land Rover and not as good as Porsche. The service consultants were nice but it was a fake nice like they hated their jobs but were forced to act like they were happy and got annoyed when I asked questions. The Nav in the LX was not any better then my CTT and definitley not easier to use then the Idrive in bmw ( I know I am alone on this one). Most people hate Idrive but I loved it.
Lexus does have nice cars but nothing that excites me for now.

I had an 08 GS350 sold it to buy a 09 pilot for the new family, but I test drove a LS460. Definetely ALOT nicer then most BMW's ive been and and feels alot more "luxury" in it. The only thing I didnt like it, is that it felt like driving a "boat" because it was so big lol. Here I am now saving to buy a 996TT to feed my hunger for speed now.

I agree that the lexus experience even with the recalls ive did on my GS was on par with what was going on.

You have to try an LS460 with the sport package, I thought the same thing, LS460 felt like a boat. Till I was in my friends sport packaged one, the little changes to the suspension and sharper trans etc, completely changed the feeling, floatiness/mushiness replaced with a hunkered down feeling.
