Exige S240 or S260
#32
Go for 260 because,
there's extra power from the supercharged 1.8-litre Toyota-sourced engine (up 39bhp over the Exige S's 218bhp), but the real news is, as has already been mentioned, the 260's anorexic weight-loss strategy. The roof-mounted air intake is sculpted in carbon fibre, as is the roof, rear wing, front splitter, sills and even the skinny bucket seats.

Also, for whatever reason, in the annual Lightening Lap feature car and driver does each year at VIR, the S260 lapped slower than both the S220 and S240. Sure, there are variables, but the fact with these cars is that the performance differences are negligable to the weekend warrior type of driver.
