Must have options for the Macan

As we already have another SUV which we use for true off-road and heavy winter conditions, my goal was to create a driver-focused four seasons DD build for under $60k US. Here's what I ended up with.

Handed my spec to the dealer yesterday. In Australia we get the following features standard: (these are cost options in the UK)
14-way power seats with memory package
Cruise control
Mobile phone preparation
ParkAssist at front and rear
Porsche Communication Management (PCM) including navigation module
Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM)
Reversing camera
75-litre fuel tank
Rear side airbags
Privacy glass
Telephone module
So I added the following: (keep in mind prices are AUD and we pay through the teeth for every car, base Macan is $85k here)
Floor mats $310.00
Panoramic roof system $3,790.00
Full black/red leather interior $8,670.00
18-way Adaptive sports seats incl. memory package $790.00
Heated front seats $890.00
Seat ventilation front $1,990.00
3-zone climate control $830.00
Light comfort package $720.00
Of the ones I added, heated+ventilated seats imo are a must with leather and the 3-zone climate control is a must if you regularly have rear occupants esp children.

I think it's essential. The Macan is a car that has to do numerous jobs and it allows full advantage of options that adjust the car's balance between sportiness and comfort.
In Australia PASM is standard

Couple questions for everyone
I've got the screen shot from my Porsche dealer showing the following
V250 Vhicle Fixed 02/21/14
V260 Vehicle Entry to Body Shop 02/28/14
V270 Vehicle Exit Production 03/14/14
V300 Vehicle Completion 03/14/14
When can i assume my order will be locked and i can't make any changes.
Also is Sport Chrono worth it in the S? The US already gets an analog clock standard. I don't really see myself launching the car, is the throttle response that much better in Sport Plus?
Thanks!

Driving it with sport plus you will also think it's fantastic.... It just sharpens everything up a little, bit like a sport tune-up, but this is one that is not permanent, you can select it anytime at ease. I have it on my 911, I do not not select it everyday, in fact very rarely, but when I do it's puts a smile on the dial

If you change your order after built is locked, you might have to use another build slot ie delay in getting the car.
My 991 is sharp in sport, but a beast in sport plus. Never launched mine either.

Thanks jonathan1. Curious to hear people's thoughts on getting roof rails vs not. It appears that you can still find racks that would accommodate a roofbox for road trips which do not require the factory rails. I personally prefer the look without. Thanks.

My build which is still subject to change. Didn't take long to get over budget!

There are 2 potential surprises at the rear of the console for the uninformed buyer: the gaping hole at the top, and the ugly 12v plug wart.
3-zone climate control puts vents in the top. Some US dealers are saying that there will be non-climate-controlled vents there as standard, but I have not seen a photo nor a rendering of the vents without the temp switch in the middle, so take your chances.
The 12v wart is hidden behind a lid when you option the smoker package:
Note that the 3D configurator has the smoker package the wrong way around here. (Confirmed by photos of auto show cars.) The configurator also incorrectly shows rear seat heating buttons when 3-zone is selected (but without rear seat heating selected)
