Rebates and incentives on 996?

I am hearing about people getting 15K+ off of 996's. Currently I am in the market for a C4s, which I know will continue for another year. Are there any rebates on this car or just narrow body 996's?

Anybody know a reasonable dealer in the New England area? I keep getting the "2-3K max is all that you'll ever see off this type of car". I don't believe this. I think 10-12% off is fair. Am I being unreasonable? Anyone know of a dealer that will think I am being reasonable? hahahaha.

porsche is killing it's own market by those crazy discount!

u can get a easy 15k off on 40th 911, which i think it's a good car & great deal. if i'm in the market for a Porsche i'll get the 40th fro sure.

Todd -

The problem with Boston area dealers is they don't have a lot of C4S coupes or cabs in stock to sell, so they don't feel the need to discount the one car on the lot.

Your PM's are off and I don't want to put too much info in a public forum, but email me who you've talked to and i can then suggest a few other dealers to consider that may give you a higher discount on an order or in-stock car. My email is brianf1960 (at) yahoo (dot) com

Regards,

Brian

IMHO, the 911 40ths are not selling because for the same $$$ you can buy a C4S coupe and most people prefer the C4S.

C4S discounts

If you get a few K off of a C4S you're doing OK. I was only able to get about 4-5K off of my '04, which stickered at $93.5.
