iForged Z06

I always lurk and I wanted to contruibute, so I took my latest mod as an opportunity to say hello. I know it's not a Porsche Turbo or GT2, but I'm a fan of all performance cars, so I wanted to share my enthusiasm. So without further aieu.....

Well my wheels finally got here. The order took quite a while to complete, but after speaking with Vince at iForged, I came to understand that there were a bunch of difficulties in getting the finish perfect. The correct blend for the powdercoat, the right amount of metallics, the prepped finish, etc....all together took quite a while to nail down perfectly. I am happy to report that iForged had them redone 4 times to make sure the finish was 100% before sending them out.

A big thanks to Vince at iForged and Aaron & Stacy at Nu Image Motorsports for getting the deal closed and for taking care of the mounting & balancing of the tires. I'll let you guys decide on the product.....

Gorgeous. I like the headlights too. The rims look like the HRE 545 with shotpeened anodized black finish.

Always been a vette lova.

Great looking car!

It's been lowered, right? What suspension do you have?

Your wheel pics were the cement in my decision making process to go with the flat black. I had been on the fence between chrome and flat black until those pics....So I owe you some credit.

I did lower it by removing 2/3 of the front height adjustment bushing/bolt. Out back, I replaced the stock 6" height adjustment bolt with a 6.5" grade 8 bolt. I lowered it approximately 1.5" front & rear.

I plan on going with the PSS9 coil-overs in the coming year hopefully......[crosses fingers]
