Hey everyone, happy holidays, my cousin is looking to put exhaust and a chip in his 2007 C230 Sport, its the 2.5Liter V6, not the supercharged 1.8L 4 cyl, this engine was put in the sport the last year mercedes made that bodystyle, so there really arent that many applications out for it. He already priced out a renn-tech, kleeman exhaust, the race shop we use could weld a custom exhaust with similar performance of the other two. as for chips he is looking at powerchip, renn-tech, and kleemen. I was just wondering if anybody has had any previous experience, or recommendations. its a fun little car, especially with the 6spd, it just needs a little more power

 

Unless you want to spend money, just get the ECU flash an exhaust. The Kleemann supercharger setup is fantastic, but it costs a bit of money.

yea he only wants an ecu, exhaust and some drop in k&n's. the reason why he was going to go with kleeman because their stage 1 includes ecu, exhaust and pulleys. If he ever wanted to add the pulleys afterward, it would be easy and every thing would be compatible, yea supercharging is much more than he would spend, and nos i think is wayy out of the question haha.
