techart 996 #3 is infamous around these parts

Need help with a cls 550!

My buddy put 22's on an s class and wants to change those wheels onto a cls. Has anyone here lowered and put 22's on a cls without issues? If so, can this be resolved by rolling the fenders?

Tell him to just buy new wheels. 22's on a CLS can be done, I dont know how far it can be lowered, but it looks HIDEOUS.

Honestly, 20s is the biggest you should go.

22" on the CLS will work. May have to roll the rear fenders. You can still lower it almost 1 inch. Looks like crap. I wouldnt do it personally.

dont do it especially not from s class offsets all wrong ..and its not just rolling fenders its also triming bolts on front suspension ..rides and looks horriable ..
