The engine of C63 is the same of E63/S63?
and this reprogramation is possible in C63 AMG too?

It is the same, all 63 cars have around 500hp. However, an ecu tuning alone will not give you nowhere near a 67hp gain. That is outright fraud if they are claiming such gains with ECU tuning. To get to that power level, in addition to ecu tuning, you need headers and exhaust minimum.
and Which is good place for tuning the ECU of C63?

The C63's 6.2L is supposedly the same as the 6.2L in the E63 (507hp). I'm not sure where the constriction is but it could be very easy to get 50hp without much work (hopefully)
