Removing the Engine Covers
Removed the Factory Cat-Back System

Customer wanted to remove the Factory Resonators so we cut them out and welded in straight pipes.
(this thing sounds like a beast with this little mod)
A view through the window in the waiting room inside the showroom.
(we installed this a few months ago so our clients can get a better
understanding of how and what is getting installed..It also looks awesome!)

The Diff Is Finally Out!!!! Took About 2hrs
Ok so Day 2 is finally over and the rear differential is out of the car. Took about 2 hours at the most. It will get shipped out tomorrow to Kleemann to have the LSD put in and then it will get shipped back and reinstalled.
It looks harder than it seems. First must take off the pass. rear wheel. Then disconnect a couple control arms and pull the axle out of the hub and out of the rear diff. Then the diff is ready to come out. There are 3 or 4 bolts that hold it in place. One you have to access through the floor board of the trunk and the other too are pretty easily seen in the pictures. They aren't hard to get to but they are in their tight so taking the one out by hand through the trunk was a little bit of a pita.

Now this weekend was very busy. A few things got installed and a few things needed to be relocated.
The intercooler, Fuel Pump, and Kleemann's piggy back fuel system box for the charger all got installed. Everything but the piggy back needed either custom brackets or modification to the existing brackets.
The intercooler bracker needed some mods to it in order to put the bumper back on flush. The Water pump needed to be relocated so custom brackets were made and the Kleemann fuel pump needed brackets as well.
For future customers the only items that are bolt on are the cams, charger, piggy back, and the diff (highly suggested to send your oem out and have kleemann do it) they include their labor price in the cost of their diff.

Those are all the pictures we have up to today. The project will remain idle till Wednesday which is when we expect the differential to arrive back from KLeemann. We will then toss that in and begin working on the header/downpipe section to get it welded and bolted up to the factory cat back system. Then it will be a few days of test driving it. The client lives in NYC area and we are in Charlotte so I would hate to have to tow this thing back to here, so we will spend a few days driving the car and making sure no codes pop up and there are no leaks or lose ends.
