Mercedes Benz F700 in Abu Dhabi

The owner had a hard time registering the car and when he was finally able to, they said he's only allowed to bring it out at night. lol
It doesn't belong to the ruler of Abu Dhabi, it just belongs to some rich guy who decided to do something different and got it foiled. That's why it can't be driven during the day of course. (the ruler wouldn't have any limits on when to drive his car in his own country )

I can understand not being able to drive it around during the day. I have been behind a car that has had a single chrome accent strip or the like on the back end of the car, and if the setting sun is behind you, you almost go blind because of the reflection. With the sunshine out in Dubai (or any desert for that matter), that car would just incinerate things with the reflection, LOL.

That chrome SLR definately belongs to Saudi Royalty. The plate only has 4 characters. I believe 4 character plates are reserved for royalty and regular people of 6 or 7 charcter plates...
