That is not a CLK-DTM. That is nothing more than a CLK 63 Cab with a body kit (and not a very accurate one at that). Nice try though.

They do make a convertible version. I saw it in CAR magazine when they were showcasing "special" and limited production cars. So it could very well be a DTM.

And NO, that is not a DTM. Who in their right minds would buy a 1 of 100 car and put so fugly wheels on it? The styling doesn't look to be of right proportions and the seats give it away. Hah! And would you look at that awesome wood steering wheel? Alecantra original is not cool enough?

Btw he DID say "edition" in his title so he probably new.


Not that a stock CLK 63 AMG is a bad car, I wouldn't mind one.

Compared to the coupé version, a speed limiter further reduces its top speed to 300 km/h (likely due to the top not able to withstand higher wind forces safely).

Owners of the CLK DTM Cabriolet includes former McLaren Mercedes Formula One drivers Juan Pablo Montoya and Mika Häkkinen. Häkkinen competed in the DTM 2005-2007. Former McLaren Mercedes Formula One driver Kimi Räikkönen owns the hard top version of the CLK DTM.

It's not.
The front air dam/chin spoiler is wrong and so are the wheels.
A nice effort but it's still a tarted up CLK.
