Hello everyone,

New to the forum and am currently looking to purchase an E55 within the model years of 2005-06. One of my main concerns is finding a warranty which will cover many of the components prone to failure. I went to my local Mercedes dealer today to get a rough estimate on what it would cost to cover a 2005 E55 with roughly 50K miles on the odometer. I knew they would be high but was blown away when the salesman offered a quote of $14,000 for 3 years/36,000 miles . (Side note: The company they go through is Zurich)

Has anyone had a positive experience with a reasonable aftermarket company who could point me in the right direction? Apologize in advance if this has been discussed before.
