Some R63 sales history

Where were you a few months ago when I was looking for one! You're local- would've been so much easier.

R63 used to belong to me, but let it go for a 2012 E63S (wagon).
Members here who are interested in this car, PM me for details about it - there are issues with it so why I did not buy it out, even though it was one of my favourite cars of all time.

I like the new E63 wagons they look fast & cool for a wagon. My thing is I really want the awd and I still use the 6 seats in the R.
Do you know if awd in the amg wagon is coming, I've been watching but not that intensely.
How do you like the wagon compared to the R (that is if your R was without issues)?
Also is there a back (jump) seat? And is the car's ride height adjustable?
Thanks

The 212 AMG wagon does not have jump seats, but the regular 350 does have the option for them. This is likely due to the AMG exhaust system which impedes on the legroom area for the third row jump seats.
No plan for a 4matic AMG wagon.
The only car I see as a true potential replacement to the R is the GL63 as it has 4matic, 7 seats, and comparable interior space.
Correction, looks like the facelifted E63 will have 4matic standard: http://www.worldcarfans.com/11210194...-hp-and-4matic

Honestly, I prefer the R63, and I am already regretting letting it go, despite the issues
If you have no issues with your R63, keep it FOREVER!!!
E63 Wagon has front springs/strut and rear air suspension. It's already low enough so will leave it alone. The biggest issue with the E63 is its' lack of traction, despite mine already having the LSD.

Bringing this thread back from the dead! What are R63's worth now? I have a friend that has one that he may be selling with 100k miles no accidents or paintwork. 1-owner and I believe blk/blk. The last one that ran through manheim was in 2013.

One on autotrader--personally I think priced a touch high.

R63 in Toronto
Hi, you may be interested in this one:

I used to own an R63, and though I was tempted to buy this, the thought of the fuel bills during my 3 years of ownership scared me away.
The gas mileage on this R63 is horrible. I was getting 150 miles of mileage for each tank of gas. Seriously.

Yes, 150 miles is real world mileage. For me anyways. If you have 500hp, you have to use it once in awhile right?
Basically, I was getting has every 3-4 days. My fuel bill (up here in Canada) was literally $800/month!!!!
So, think long and hard before you buy one. Repair bills can be high as well as the 6.2V8 being the early version, it is prone to "blowing" up.

If I can find one with low mileage maybe I will go for it but most likely stay away from cars with higher than 60k
Tks for the info and heads up
