I love Carlsson.
Edit:
Lorinser: Bling (looks good on a silver benz').
Brabus: Class (looks better on black benz').
Renntech: SPEED.
Carlsson: STYLE.
Kleemann: heavy marketing.

There are only 2 companies on US soil that do any type of volume when it comes to Mercedes tuning, RennTech and Kleemann, also these are the only two that produce anytpe of data relative to their products. Deciding which one is better would have to come from more practical experience and data.
Both are excellent tuners and you cant really go wrong. Personally between family and friends I reccomend RennTech for repeataablilty, data, and they are tangible i.e. located in FL and the owner is available for consultation. I hope this helps.

Brabus, fast cars and classic style.
For RennTech, I've read a post at MBworld. The CF air box for E55 they claim have 15hp gain and charge $4K. End up is just a OEM bottom with CF top cover and sport filter. This lost my trust with their products.

I had a CLK and after devating over months .. i went with Lorinser body kit and wheels ...
Lorinser looks the best .. .and not so radical keeping the Benz shape alive.
But not so sure about engine mod... since they outsource all of their engine parts...
