for anyone that's interested, i have both cars ordered to my spec but i decide to pass. S is at the VPC now while CL is on water arriving in less than a week. i'm waiting for the option list but MSRP as below:

S63 - 136,245.00

CL63 - 144,835.00

CL63 is a pretty penny. I love that car. I wish I could buy my old man one.

My CL 63 just arrived, Blk/Blk, great car -not as 'raw' as a 55 - not sure that's good or bad yet!
