i think its hot...

As for the money on the wheel thing...I think that for the most part, all of the HRE/Forgeline/Iforged etc wheels are all the same with different levels of quality control and service...the race wheels are where the real more for the money moniker holds true IMHO. I would MUCH, MUCH rather pay 6k on a set of lightweight, strong fikses than some $5000 car weights which make the car just look good...

Customer should have gone with 20's but hey its the customers car not yours right? and he could use a drop... other than that they look fine to me and that iForged wheel you speak so hateful of acutally gets an inch larger lip than your HRE you speak so highly...

Differences in quality? i'd just say detail on the actualy face of the wheel, other than that manufacturing process is similar...

you guys are harsh! haha, it's ok though...my car, my choice. I am looking for lowering modules, but havent decided on which to go with. didn't really want 20's on the sl55...but now i'm reconsidering it. will be putting 20's on my e63. i'll post those put for you guys to bash when i get them on

Nice car...I went with the Carlsson C-Tronic for lowering. So far, so good.

Your car is SICK...obviously...its an SL55 w/iForgeds

But when you put it on a forum, mostly people will give their $.02 aka what THEY would have done......i guess its human nature.

I personally think 20s woulda looked a lil nicer and you wouldnt of had to lower (i dont think?).....but it still looks cool

As for the iForged vs: HRE battle......if you can, then go for the HRE's....they are 'baller' and people think ur rich and think they are the best wheel (maybe they are?) but in reality, iForged's are EXTREMELY nice wheels that most people would die to have - let alone on a SL AMG....i guess its all depends on the car/person/purpose...

I personally like iForgeds better. Ive heard HRE's bend???

Yes, all personal preference. I personally liked those iforged for my sl55, but like I told Rob at vivid...I'll prob get a set of HRE 542R's for my murci from them in the near future as well as another set of iforged for the E. Again, I don't mind the input (negative or positive)....afterall, it comes down to what I like
