Anyone considering a new C-Class?
I'm still undecided on the new DD I want, and after seeing Fifth Gear's review of the new C-Class and hearing about MB's improved quality I would consider it. I think the styling is very nice, and the interior looks great. I like all of the AMG-style queues on the car, and the engine's look pretty well spec'ed compared to the competition. Plus, you can get a 6-Speed (kept me from pulling the trigger on an IS350).
I know the price point is a bit under the norm on here, but what do all the MB fans think on the new car? I was thinking about a C300 Sport 6MT with a couple options?
One other question, due to this being a new style car will the dealers be charging markup's on them or could they still be had for MSRP or slightly under?

No no, no no, no no. Don't be fooled - it looks hideous in real life.

Wow, first time i've seen the new C, and I'm not impressed by the exterior at all.... bland bland bland...
Also, i'd be sure to drive a manual MBZ before buying one. From what i've read, MBZ leaves alot to be desired with its manual trannys.
I'd pick up a 335 over one of these any day of the week.

I work at a MB dealer and am having one built to my specs because I am 90% sure I am going to take it. I like the new C a lot. Also, you can get the Sport in the C300 as well, the C350 only comes as a sport.
Here are my specs to the car I am building, I am still undecided on the color and luckly have some time to decide.
C300-Sport, Premium 2, Muiltamedia Package (NAV), 18in AMG Wheels, PANO Roof.

I Like it alot and It would be a fun Daily Driver with a 6speed manual especially when you have a small sized saloon. Go for a AMG Sport package 350 with a manual gearbox.
In the first week of it's launch in europe, 75,000 orders where done so I think you might get a later build date but its worth the wait. So impressed with the technology basically I can conclude that its a Small S-class.

Any ideas if i'd be able to get one at or below MSRP? Or will most dealers be upping the pricing on them until they aren't so hot? Coming from Jox's review, i'll defiantly have to check one out in person.

For me, I am in no rush to get the car. I want to muiltamedia package and its already on delay anyway. I am leaning towards the Auto trans just because I have been driving stick for 8 years now and I want a change. Also, I will be staying with the C300 because I dont need or want to spend the extra on the C350.
As far as price yet and how low you can get one, no one really knows yet because the US pricing is not out yet. I am sure you will be able to get one at MSRP or atleast close to it because there will be a lot of these.
