CLK Black Series!

CLK Black Series!
Well, need some quick advice!
Our Blk/Blk Black has hit the VPC and will be making its way to the dealer shortly.
Do you think this car will hold its value as much as some people forecast? Do you think it is worth trading in a 2005 Aston Martin Vanquish S for this car? Reason being is maintenance (no dealers in Jax), depreciation, and mileage (car has >12K miles on it)
Thanks

at this point there is really no need to. These are both my fathers cars, and since his passing, there is really no point in having both. It is just me and my mother. Therefore, I have decided that it will be one or another. Plus, we have no more room to have an extra car. As of right now, I may have a buyer for the Black series, and if my friend buys it, I will probably get the right to buy it back if it is ever put back on the market. In this instance, I will keep the Vanquish S for now. Neither car will be driven that much, maybe once a month. Thanks!

I do but on the same token, I think that he wouldnt want me to. That car is quite a handful, and I am just scared of the ultimate depreciation this car would take. He was the same way with cars, and even though it was going to be one I was going to keep (and still might) I think he would want us to get rid of it, for the sake of stopping a headache before it starts! I will still have many other cars of which I will NEVER sell, and I just don't know if keeping this would be a smart idea. Honestly, it is a huge financial burden, and as well a huge stress on my mom, because she is so worried about the value of the car and the fact that something is always "a little" wrong with it. I dont quite know what is going to happen, but I just want to make sure I do the right thing. The Aston is absolutely gorgeous and definetely holds sentimental value to me, I just want to make sure I am not making the wrong decision by keeping it for the long haul, to the point where the $250,000 car is worth $40,000. The value of it alone is worth that depreciation to me, but my dad would roll over in his grave if he knew that I was knowingly keeping a car that long.
The CLK Black was a car that he also had ordered and was extremely excited about, he just didn't get to see it, so this car, as well holds much value in my heart. We are trying to keep the cars that he was excited about getting, even though he didn't get to enjoy them, such as the S63.

I think you will be happy with the clk black, but for whatever reason, amg's/mbs depreciate a lot. I don't see this car being one to appreciate. Keep that in mind you're always going to lose on a car, with some exceptions, but for the most part they are all depreciating assets.
