A friend is selling some of her Jacksonville beaches Properties, and knowing there are some guys who are looking to relocate..

122 15th Ave.,North,Jax Beach. (Corner of First St. & 15th
Ave.N.) Across from the ocean. 3 stories. Approx. 2600 sq.ft.total
2, 1 bedroom,1 bath townhouse partments aprox.900+ sq.ft. each
2 offices: each has 2 rooms & 1/2 bath. There are 2 double pocket
doors between the 2 rooms so you can have them very open or closed
for privacy. Each office is aprox. 450 sq.ft.
There is also a connecting door between the 2 offices so that would
give you a total of 4 rooms & 2 -1/2 baths downstairs.
The bldg. is about 17 yrs. old. Constructed of concrete block,with thick
stucco on top of that & Elastermic ruberized paint on top of the stucco.
The roof is about 5 yrs old.
Each of the 4 units has its own central heat/air cond. system.
Both offices have new 16" tile floors,neutral (lite mottled beige).
The units on the left side of bldg. have new insulation,new
dry wall,new paint,ceilings,doors & door jams.
Everything on my bldg. is legal,meaning there are 4 units,4
meters & 7-8 space parking lot.

Yes sir, I can't believe no one has jumped on it..
This would be great for a young CPA or lawyer, live upstairs, office downstairs, close to fun & spirits at the beach....
