System is two years old. Remodeling and it looks like my gym bits the dust. I have a Vestra 2850 with the 210 pound leg press unit - looks like this (only I'm old and ugly)



Here's what the footprint looks like:

Paid $12K - will consider anything reasonable. Equipment has been used a lot, but is like new.

You must have bought your system with the girl because I paid $6500 NEW installed 9 months ago ...

 

Pretty typical of my life. Seems like I overpay for everything. Got it at LA Fitness. Where did you get yours? And does yours have the leg press?

 

Bought mine at a home equipment specialty store ... I believe since I paid cash for it he threw in the leg press for free ($800 value?) ... I've used the F&King thing twice in 9 months ... It's collecting dust upstairs ... I wish I had bought a BOWFLEX as it is MUCH better! ... I had walked in to buy an AB ball .... As MANY people say, 90% of home gyms are NEVER used.

 

I use my stuff every day - it's my only outside interest - but my wife is taking the garage I use for the equipment and turning into a closet. I moved the stuff to storage - having another 4 car garage made. Not a big deal.

 

I have a Vectra 1800 and use it 3 times per week. I love it. It is real high quality! Can't remember what I paid for mine exactly but it was around $4000. Good luck with the sale. If you were local i would buy yours as it has more stations.

I just want the stuff to go to someone who would use it. Tried giving it to the local High Schools - they don't want the liability. Strange new world.

 

The liability of what? Do schools not allow kids to lift weights now?

 

I have the Vectra 1800. I wonder if I can add the leg press option. Can you shoot me a pic of the leg press? Do you have the model number of the leg press? Would you be willing to sell just this part? White or black?

Pulled out to check the price - my apologies to everyone. In the price breakdown is my cross trainer - I paid $7399 which included the 1150A 350 lb leg press. Duh.

My stuff is white. If I end up giving this to Good Will, I'll ship you the leg press.

Lifting weights could result in an unfair advantage to some kids. Can't have that!
