Wii's available...

I don't want to deal with driving to different retail stores trying to find a WII but I definitely want one so I'm on the lookout for availability at on-line retailers, preferrably not in the huge wal-mart bundle (6 titles) but as an ala carte unit or with a small bundle. I find this site to be helpful to track on-line availability of the WII - I have it setup as an RSS feed and it alerts me with changes of stock.

you dont have to throw the punches really fast and hard...or even reach far. i do really short and not to slow, but kind of medium pace and it works well...same goes for all the other games, except baseball

According to joystiq.com, GameStops, EBGames, and BestBuy have been stockpiling Wiis for release tomorrow:

Also, GameStop is offering a $50 trade-in credit for your GameCube towards a Wii:

Hahahaha...where I live, there's a Best Buy and GameStop at the same location. I arrived at 9:45 am and at both locations, there were around 15-20 people camped out already. I said screw it and went for a drive in the RS4 instead.
Out of curiosity though, I returned an hour later, maybe around 11. Since Best Buy had opened, there was no longer a line, but at GameStop, the same 15-20 people were still waiting in line for GS to open to get their Wiis. Nintendo really scored a hit. Go figure...I managed to grab a 60 GIG PS3 at my EBGames, but can't get a Wii. LOL. <sigh> And I refuse to camp out. Guess I'll have to wait until the hype dies down.
