I have Dynaudio and love them.

A few drawbacks, do not even think of hooking these speakers to a receiver, it aint gonna be pretty.

Also, it likes to be played loud. So if you are into easy listening at lower volume all the time, other speakers do a better job.

I have a rotel Rb-991 2x 200w amp for sale, its a very decent (not a mark levinson of course) high current amp. I'll sell for $500 shipped ($1100 new) to anywhere in the Continental US. I also have some Canane coax/rca cables (excellent for subwoofers, $50 for all 4) and a pair of AudioQuest Diamond XLR interconnects ($1300 new, selling for $400 shipped).

Thanks Deepblue - My priorities are speakers right now. Unfortunately, I constricted to in-wall or ceiling speaks. I'm seriously considering the Paradigm SA-35s or their TOL ceiling speaks. I also need a pair of good outdoor speaks. If anybody has some, let me know.

Next round, I'll need an amp.

I have a pair of Definitive Technology UIW-75 on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200099959129). They are some outstanding In Walls. I have about 7 Pair in my home. If you need more than a pair, I still have my business connections and can get more or other things as well.

DB - Thanks. I had seen the auction, as I search for in-walls almost daily on the various sites. I'm really leaning towards the Paradigms - do you have any connections to get that brand? Have you compared the UIW series to the Paradigm AMS or SA series?

If you are looking for high quality THX certified in-wall I would check out Sonance http://www.sonance.com

They make great speakers and and also have a weatherproof in-wall line as well if you want to stick with the brand.

My Dad runs these in his dedicated home theater and they are awesome.

Christian - you're in the business, as well, right? I've never heard Triads before.

Andy - I've read about but haven't heard Sonances.

What really impressed me about the Sonance is that they do not sound like a wall speaker, they sound like they are in a traditional cabinet. I would try to find a dealer to check them out. The website could probably direct you. I'm not sure of your price range, but the THX II LCR run about $700 each.

I would avoid Bose at all costs. Do not fall prey to their marketing. If you want a satelite/sub combination, I can direct you to half a dozen other manufactures that will sound twice as good for half the price of the Bose.

Andy, would you mind sharing the names and models you speak of (twice as good as Bose for half the price)? I will soon start doing my AV room and was thinking Paradigm (bang for the buck), but would love to learn as much as possible.
