DC/MD/VA metro area wheel shop recommendation

Hey everyone,

I am thinking of powdercoating my C63 wheels, and in need of an excellent shop around the DC metro area. Any info is much appreciated.
Thanks

Tyson's Collision / Auto Body could do it I'm sure.

I would advise against powdercoating wheels. The process that they go through significantly weakens the structural integrity of the wheel. I've seen some horror stories posted online about wheels breaking in half from normal street use. I did have a set of wheels done once by a shop in Manassas called American Stripping. They did a great job, although there was a lot of downtime. If I were to do it again I would've had them painted.

Any updates on rim doc place? I need to fix some of my stock rims. And, possibly repainting my track rims to red. Thanks.

Hi Bert,
Previous owner spray painted them black and now it's coming off. It's a track rims and the paint and finish is pretty much beat up so thought I should paint something fun.
