I am sure the fellow 6 speeders can suggest a good detail shop who can polish out those swirls. I love caring for my car's paint and bought a griots garage kit to care for my car. It not only keeps the car in showroom perfect condition (for less than one fourth the price that it would take if I were to take it to a detail shop) but also the whole process is not very difficult and more importatntly it is quite therapeutic to me. If you have the time, interest and patience I suggest you can start DIY. I suggest you wait until spring, wash the car superclean, clay the paint and evaluate the damage. The swirls that are there are most likely superficial and can easily be polished off with the least abrasive polish using a random orbital buffer. After the polish, the car needs a good coat of wax or sealant. I always hand wash my car and stick a post-it note everywhere inside stating DO NOT WASH CAR when the car goes for servicing. Even the touchless car washes are a strict no no (especially on dark colored vehicles) as they dry the car with a cheap microfiber towel dragging with it all the superficial dirt that has not been cleaned by the wash.
