Recommendation for Jewelry Appraiser?
Here’s an odd request…could anyone recommend a good jewelry appraiser in the DC metro area? My fiancé would like to get a few jewelry pieces appraised for insurance purposes. I’ve called a couple places just from google searches, and those that I’ve talked to seem to be a bit sketchy over the phone. I’d rather go with someone’s personal recommendation. Any suggestions appreciated.

Midtown Jewelers in Reston. They have an appraiser come in periodically and go out of their way for the customer. Next scheduled appraisal visit is 4 Feb. Bobby Singh, (703) 707-9663, is the owner there...
