Ashburn - here we come!!!!

Guys - can folks give me some suggestions on reputable moving companies you've used before? I used "ABLE" to bring us from Alexandria to our current home, now need someone to move us to Ashburn. ABLE was priced decent, but if someone's got a hook-up or strong recommendation of an insured and bonded moving company, that would be great. Thanks.

I got your message. Unfortunately I haven't moved in many years and when I did, I did it myself. If you want to pay me I'll help you move, I've got insurance and I'm out on bond

In all seriousness, most of the large moving companies are insured and bonded and will do a decent job. Hopefully someone with recent experience can chime in and offer some solid advice.

In addition to Gulliver's Mover's- Allan (703) 838-7645, get a quote from JK Moving. Call and ask for Clark. Tell him Scott from Macon Construction sent you. (703) 930-7275. He just moved our clients in last Thursday in McLean. Clients were pleased.

Be sure to get quotes from both. They will most likely be within 1% of each other.

Berk, glad to hear you are moving out my way! Maybe then we can hang out more. We are moving again ourselves in July and we will be using the same coming that unloaded us in January. I will ask my wife what the name of the company was and PM you with it. They were fantastic and take it from me, I have used a lot of companies in my moves all of the country.
