My Local Loop for Exotic Car sightings.
On nice summer Saturday mornings or afternoons this is the driving loop I take to unwind and see some of the area’s most beautiful exotic cars. This route has some nice twisting roads, but it’s not a high speed run, just a relaxing and visually stimulating cruise. I have seen numerous Ferrari, Lotus, Aston, Lamborghini, Maybach, Rolls, Bentley; and of course Mercedes, Porsche, BMW models. Granted this loop takes you through the Washington areas most exclusive and expensive communities to live in, which is also why the car sightings are so frequent on nice days. The other pay off is there are great places to stop and have a sandwich and drink while enjoying the day. If anyone else has a favorite cruise route please post it, I am always looking for new roads to drive and enjoy. Here is the route.
From: Arlington
Old Dominion Dr to Georgetown Pike, Take right onto Georgetown Pike make left onto 495N. Cross the Cabin John Bridge and take first exit onto Clara Barton Pkwy west. Follow Clara Barton Pkwy and make a right onto Macarthur Blvd. Follow Macarthur Blvd down past Glen Echo Park. I usually then get back onto Clara Barton Pkwy and head east back toward the City. Make a right at Chain Bridge which will take you back into Arlington N. Glebe Rd or make a right once you cross the bridge and Chain Bridge Rd will take you to Mclean, Great Falls, Tyson Corner.

PA show...
I can't do the 30th on account of the car show in Hershey. I'm not sure who else is planning on going on that trip though.

Yeah, the 30th most of us will be out of town in PA. I am thinking I am probably not going to make the Philly run, so for the people who are not going to Philly for cheese steak, the 7th of May could work.
