I've been trying to find more info on this to confirm if it is an actual unmarked police car.
The guy who did the installation is on another forum. He wouldn't disclose what department the car is owned by for legal reasons, which leads me to believe that it is in fact a government vehicle.

Has to be a DARE vehicle as it has no electronics in it. Maybe the lights were the first install and the electronics are to come. Either way, pretty cool for the Police, I guess!
