Thanks Sunir! One thing though...the cruise is on Sunday is it not? So, when you refer to Katie's and Maple Lawn you don't mean the regular Sat. C&Cs right? There is another C&C on Sundays in Fairlakes that some people attend and I just want to plan everything out.
Sure thing Evan....
Those of you meeting at Katies Early can start out the trip - depart Katies by 9:45am to make it to Maple Lawn by 10:30am
Katies = meeting spot 1 - group to depart at 9:45am
Next group meeting at Maple lawn
Maple Lawn = Meeting spot 2 - group to depart at 10:30 am
next meeting is on 83N at Bob Evans off Pedonia Rd
Bob Evans/Pedonia = Meeting spot 3 - group to depart at 11:15am
next stop Dunkin Donuts to meet up with Evan and the rest of the group which will then lead us to the restaurant. Working back on the times, if we are to be at the restaurant at 1pm, then lets plan on meeting at Dunkin Donuts at 12:15
This is how I came up those times:
working backwards approximating the travel times based on the last trip we did considering time of day and traffic, that makes our meeting spot 3 at Bob Evans/Pedonia at 11:15 (allow 15 min window)

Well, my wife informed me that I now have that Sunday open. So, I'm in. Not sure I will meet everyone in Baltimore. I don't want to drive the highways to the meeting place. I will plot out a back roads route.

I say you guys start at Kohls then make a pitstop over in Maple lawn then another pitstop over in Bob Evans for the Bmore folks...we can stick with the same general times just replacing Katies with Kohls... and if people don't wanna meet at Maple Lawn on Sunday they can always come to the Bob Evans off 83N Pedonia road at around 11:30...

Ken 'Bull' will be putting together a back roads route for the cruise up from the MD/VA/DC area which will of course be awesome as they always are... thanks Bull!
Additionally, everyone is more than welcome to take a short (5.9 mile, 6 minute) cruise to Pennsylvania Railroad Museum... they have not only the Strasburg Railroad, but have ample parking with a beautiful backdrop with trains everywhere! I understand some of you will have done alot of driving for the day, simply to make the cruise to Lancaster, so I wanted to think of somewhere nearby that would be not only unique but also scenic, and being this is so close, its perfect.

Hey Evan and Andre...just wanted to point out that since the drive is on Sunday and not Saturday, that there is really no point in meeting up at Katie's. However, there is a C&C that meets on Sunday at Fairlakes (12551 Fair Lakes Circle, Fairfax, VA) starting around 8:00am. It would probably make more sense for the VA group to meet there first then drive up to Maple Lawn. From there is seems like there will be several route options. Does that sound right?
