Cool Bull Run to the Amish Country Cruise

Here are the details:

Date: Sunday, 10/23

Meet: 10-11:00 with a prompt 11:10 departure

Where: Bob Evans 400 West Padonia Road, Cocckeysville, MD

Arrival: 1:00pm Plain & Fancy Restaurant in Bird-in-Hand, PA

We will drive a twisty back roads route from the Bob Evans to the Plain & Fancy. I've plotted out a nice route and we should have a lot of fun. The drive should take us 1 hr 40 min.

See you at the Bob Evans on Sunday. I will be there at 10am to greet everyone. Email has been sent to the Crash Test Dummies.

You said "can't" above but you also said count me in.

Not sure whether you are or are not joining us for the back road cruise.

I live in York and may actually come down for this, rather than drive there alone. Mark me up with my STI.

I'm probably over-nighting in Baltimore Sat night, so count me as a 'tentative' yes for Sunday's drive up. Hopefully not as ''hilly'' as the last drive!

No where near as hilly as last Sunday's route... It's a very twisty route... I would classify this as a route that's between a "B" & "C" route.

I ran the Back Roads route to the Plain & Fancy Restaurant from the Bob Evans yesterday. It will take 1hr 45min and it's 63.4 miles which is 9 less miles than the main hwy route. There are only 3 traffic lights on the entire route, 2 of which are definitely necessary. 1 to get across York Road (the 2nd light is because of the route across York Road) and the 3rd to get across Rt-30 Lancaster Pike. The foliage is at peak so it will be a beautiful ride.

So let's have a nice leisurely drive to the Amish country... See you tomorrow...

WE WILL DEPART PROMPTLY AT 11:10am FROM THE BOB EVANS AT PADONIA ROAD...
