DC Auto Show Outing - 1/28 - 10AM

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Some of you have expressed a desire to gather a group of miscreants and ne'er-do-wells to attend the DC Auto show.

To that end, I propose we meet there at 10AM on 1/28 (the first weekend). For the MD crew on my side of the world (Colesville area) I think it would make sense to take a few cars to Glenmomt metro and ride down to the convention center.

VA crew could probably find equally suitable Metro stations.

I will start a list for the MD side of things:
Juan

I'm not usually one to be negative, but I agree with Sunir 100% about the DC show in general but am always up to catch up with you guys whatever the reason. We can take cars or trucks whatever the weather dictates.

Yeah DC show is lame...but that's the price we pay for living in this endless abyss of Camrys and Accords. Still will be fun to hang with the crew!

Count me in for DC.

I also go to the Philly show. It's usually has better stuff, plus it's a good excuse to hit up Pats Cheese Steaks or China Town or both.

NYC, Detroit, and LA are the big 3 in the USA. The other big ones are Frankfurt, Geneve, Paris, and Japan.

I used to always get late nite meals in Chinatown. David's Mai Lai Wah is the best. Wonton soup with egg noodles followed by Roast Duck with either garlic sauteed snow pea leaves, bak choy, or chinese broccoli. The beef with broccoli and chinese spare ribs and coconut walnut shrimp are top menu items also.

Who's up for a Philly run??

edit: I used to live in DE and my best friend went to Drexel

I'm down for Philly as well. Put it together Kum! I love this place called Time on Sansom street. Killer jazz and absinthe served properly.
