Organization better be top notch to pull this off. I know from doing autox events there for the past few years and the BMW ChapterFest a couple years ago that that lot and entrance is not good for handling a lot of traffic. I have a feeling with people doing caravans to this event and the 1000+ car expected, the intersection and entrace leading in will be a parking lot on its own. The stadium lot is also akward shaped and probably not great for high traffic. If it fills, people will have to park in the overflow lot which is dirt/gravel. If it rains before or during the event, it'll be a mess and I'm sure people with dumped rides or $100k+ cars won't be happy about that lol. Gotta remember this lot was meant for a minor league baseball team with people parking and walking in the stadium. Not parking and having thousands of people hanging around blocking traffic.
I'm hoping for the best but from my experiences there, it may be rough. For the first time ever I don't have a race that day so I may try to make it so I hope it works out.
