Stingrays Autobody in Leesburg. They deal exclusively with corvettes. Most people on corvetteforum recommend him. I was very happy with the work he did for me. There were atleast 5 other vettes in his shop when i was there.

Kenny very sorry to hear this buddy ... do you have any idea of whom it is because maybe these are not isolated incidents...maybe it's one person that has it out for you...they damaged the corvette, and coincidentally at around the same time the other car gets damaged in a similar way and the tire gets knifed...can they all be linked? Either way its horrible bro and I hate that kinda stuff...people have no respect these days...!!!!

I have a few suggestions. Jeff Shaw's Collision craft in Baltmore is excellent, Europros does good work also, and I've heard good things about D&V...

 

I took my Quattroporte to D&V in Sterling and they did it perfectly. It was keyed on both sides very bad.

May 1000 STDs inflict the keyer for the rest of their life.

 

Sunir, I have my suspiscions as to the culprit... But no evidence to support my gut feeling... Whoever did it targeted me specifically, keying a couple cars is one thing... Keying only mine, and slashing a tire takes some malice as far as I'm concerned

 

Insurance guy came out today... Wrote up his estimates, and I'm headed over to a shop we have do some work for us when we're too busy at the shop where I work... We'll go over the estimates, submit a supplement, etc...

In the meantime, I wetsanded and buffed the crap out of the fender and door today... really lightened up the scratch significantly

when the Ferrrrrrarri dealer takes their cars there from rock chips from test drives...it has to be a good shop.

 

Looks like I'm having a friends shop in my area take care of it for me... They do great work, and he knows how picky I am... Might get some other minor things taken care of while it's in the shop... Let just say it might have a new look when it comes out
