I'm in as well. Our crew will be taking the short cruise from Hunt Valley starting at 9:10.

I'm actually going to go a tad later this year and see if the line is any shorter. In past years I've gotten there relatively early and there's always been a gigantic line to get in but it always dies down. I'm shooting to get there around noon.
