Actually it was mudbuddha who mentioned the police escort

And I am not sure who I'm riding up with but I'm sure I won't have any problem when the time gets closer.

^^^ Makes me feel good to know I'm not THE biggest D-CK on this forum

This does look like a cool event and any town that supports something like this def. deserves the economic impact so spend some $$$$ there!! Never been but might need to try and go this year.

Having the F12 there will be cool. They are outrageous, way better in the flesh than pics. They are starting to be delivered at the "preferred" dealerships. Here are two fresh from the port not long ago.

... and the BOBP seat is a preferred one.... AARP discount in full effect anywhere you stop..... and the 991 launch control demos prob nice too

^^ F12 those black panels on either side of main grille are brake vents that open and close to keep rotors at optimal operating temp. They need a certain amt. of temp in them to pretty much work at all so for normal driving you really don't want any air going to them at all. Top factory tech I know said F12 and FF are so technologically beyond anything else they've ever built it is almost paradoxical.... just better have a good service budget for when that wizardry starts to breakdown. For orig. owners prob not big deal but for wannabe pre-owned bottom feeders like me I really have to wonder what maintaining those - and many other current supercars - will ential 5-10 years on????
