Grand-am road racing party invitation indy july 27
Hi all. I noticed there was no discussion about the upcoming Grand-Am race in Indianapolis on July 27, so I was wondering if anyone here was planning to go to the event. If so, I have been organizing a fundraising outing for the American Heart Association's benefit and still have a few places open, so I'll mention it here in the event some members would like to join up and have comfortable, great access to the event. Here is the announcement that went out to car related groups and business associates:
You and your firms are invited to attend our Day at the Track; Grand-Am Racing fundraiser outing on Friday, July 27. Activities on track and in our suite start at 9 am and run all day thru the 2 hour 45 minute Rolex Grand-Am race that starts at 4:10 pm, so you can participate as your schedule allows. See the attached flyer for additional details.
Our event is structured to raise funds and awareness for the American Heart Association while having a great time with friends, family and business associates. The cost to attend is $150 per person, of which approximately $70 ea will be tax deductible as a charitable 501 (c) (3) donation. You cost includes entrance to the track, access to our luxury Tower Terrace Hospitality Suite, garage and pit passes, meet and greet opportunities with Grand-Am and NASCAR drivers in the suite, and lunch.
There is also a free concert at the track after the race ends at 7:15 pm courtesy of PRS Guitars.
Please RSVP to me, and make payment arrangements via check or credit card.
Make checks payable to Godstone Ranch Motorsports and mail to:

Thanks for correcting the post GT3 Chuck. Hopefully the charitable contribution NFP nature of this event allows it to be promoted here as an invitation to other members. If anyone has any questions please PM or email me.
