It is made in England. They said it will be pulled onto the production line later today or tomorrow and tomorrow I will have the tracking info.

I just hope I made the right decision on the interior. I got the black punch leather, and I also hot the Blue Line (blue leather than is under dash). Thought it looked cool in some of the Clubman pics to accent the interior so I went with it. Never saw it in person, so I hope it looks good!

Anyone ever see the interior or the line? Does the interior look nice and tight? Feel comfortable? What about the line?

thanks!

I ordered punch leather and I am very pleased with it. As for blue line - I am not a fan of any of the interior color lines, but that is simply a matter of personal preference.

Did you get the anthracite headliner? You definitely should - it looks super sharp compared to the light gray!

I didn't order the headliner. Any pics of it? Can I still include it even though my order is already in?

I just searched every dealer in the US's inventory for you and there are only 2 Manual tranmission Cooper S's with Navigation!!! There are 3 more waiting in England to ship over!! All of these cars are either at dealers on the west coast or heading to the west coast, so yes your only option was to order a car! Not sure about your dealer, but we are seeing cars in 6 weeks these days if we have one we can modify and we are one of the largest dealers in the country! If you get yours in 4 I will be shocked!!

Good luck in your search and if I can be of any assistance please feel free to PM me (I work for MINI)!
Evan

I'm going to give my salesman a call to see if he can modify the order to add the headliner option.

09 Mini Cooper (JCW) awaiting transportation, pepper, all options ($39K MSRP) and 6 speed. I am thinking I will bail on the order,so PM if you have a serious interest. Not looking to profit in any way, my deal at MSRP would be your deal.

I would hop on it if it were lightning blue. I am a blue fanatic!

Why is the car I just ordered say 08 on the tracking site when you have an 09 awaiting delivery? Shouldn't mind be an 08 Mini S?

Also, it seems MINI is installing little NAV systems in mini's and covering them by warranty. Not sure much about them, but thats what the salesman told me. Is this better than stock nav? Why are they doing this aftermarket if it can be an option on a new car?

Anyone have any leads on a FULLY loaded Lightning Blue/Black 6 speed MiniS? I will buy tomorrow if someone can find one!
Check Braman down here in Miami, they had at least 40 cars and I saw 5 blue S the other day...

BTW: I'd say that 98-99% of MINIs have leatherette... Looks like leather but doesn't smell like it... Leather option is like $1500 and it's not really worth it IMO on these cars... Up to you though... You will probably need to order it if that's what you want..

I stopped buying OEM Nav on cars... I have a TomTom and it's 1000x better than any OEM... New OEM Nav work great but after 2-3 years they start lacking compared to stand alone navs like TomTom or Garmin... This option is not that sought after on the resale anyways... People prefer Conveniece, premium packages to the nav...They are not willing to pay extra for it...

Good luck...

Probably very true, but I ordered NAV in mine and I am glad I did. I like how it integrates the radio, bluetooth, parking sensors, and vehicle info into 1 screen. Since I never keep a car more than 2-3 years, I don't have to worry about going out of date.
